Purchases of in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment verification. A customer service representative can provide you with further assistance via phone at 1-615-794-8871 or by email at Salesmanager@highmeadowalpacas.net.

Shipping costs are actual costs plus packaging and are non refundable unless the item recieved is not the correct item ordered.

Return Policy

Our quality products are guaranteed to be 100% satisfactory. If necessary, please return items according to our Return Policy (below), and we will refund your money, or we will exchange the merchandise:

Please contact us first to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Items must be return shipped within 5 days of receiving an RMA to receive credit.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). All tags and packaging must be in place and not removed.
Returns after 30 days of receiving by customer will not be accepted.
Sale and clearance merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a High Meadow Alpacas Boutique credit.
